With over 25 years in the culinary field, Executive Chef Charles Anderson brings a wealth of experience and a passion for excellence to Mission Resort + Club. His innovative approach and dedication to quality ensure that every dish is contemporary and delightful, while his collaborative leadership style fosters creativity and precision in the kitchen.
James Pyles
Director of Food and Beverage
James Pyles, a Leesburg native, returns to Central Florida with over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, specializing in guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
James’ extensive background also includes leadership roles at Hilton Sandestin Beach & Golf Resort, South Seas Island Resort and The Don CeSar Resort, reflecting his proven ability to drive growth and success.
In his free time, James has a 13 year old son and a French Bulldog Louie who takes up a lot of his personal time but he also enjoys exploring local culinary scenes and contributing to community events, blending his professional expertise with a personal passion for hospitality.
